BUG NET Terms of Service (TOS)
Important Notice:
BUG NET ("we," "us," or "our") is a brand under NetBlazer Ltd, and all services provided to you are subject to these Terms of Service and the Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP"). By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for any and all actions performed through their account—whether performed by the account holder or by third parties. If a server or account is compromised, the client remains responsible for all violations of these Terms of Service and the BUG NET AUP, including but not limited to: spam, abuse, and any associated disconnect/reconnect fees.
BUG NET does not harden servers or provide additional security software beyond the default operating system configuration.

2. Agreement to These Terms
By using our services, you agree to these terms and the AUP, and consent to resolving any disputes in the courts of England and Wales. All Services are provided "AS IS," without warranties.
We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email (if available) and/or posted on our website. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

3. BUG NET Responsibilities
BUG NET will provide prepaid services subject to full compliance with these terms and the AUP. We reserve the right to refuse service or deny renewal at our sole discretion.
Service rates may change over time based on hardware availability, market conditions, or other factors. Clients will be notified prior to renewal if pricing changes apply.

4. Non-Payment & Service Interruption
• Services suspended for non-payment become inaccessible until the account is brought current.
• Accounts suspended for non-payment or chargebacks may have data permanently destroyed after 7 days.
• BUG NET is not responsible for data integrity; clients must maintain off-network backups.

5. Refunds & Chargebacks
• BUG NET does not offer refunds for any services.
• Prepayments and account credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Disputes must be reported to BUG NET within 15 days.
• If a valid charge is reversed via chargeback, the client agrees to pay: the original amount reclaimed + a 10% administrative fee of the total amount.

6. Suspensions
• Services suspended for non-payment become eligible for termination after 3 days.
• BUG NET assumes no liability for data on suspended servers.

7. Cancellations
• Cancellations must be submitted via support ticket 5 days prior to renewal.
• All client data is destroyed immediately upon cancellation.

8. Fraud
• Fraudulent accounts or related accounts may be immediately terminated.
• Information may be provided to law enforcement and financial institutions.
• BUG NET pursues fraudulent clients to the fullest extent of the law.

9. Disclaimers of Liability
Services are provided "AS IS, WITH ALL FAULTS, AS AVAILABLE." BUG NET disclaims all warranties—express or implied.
We are not liable for: lost profits, lost data, downtime, business interruption, or incidental or consequential damages. To the extent permitted by law, total liability is limited to the amount paid during the billing period in which the claim arose. You agree to indemnify BUG NET against all claims arising from your use or misuse of the Services.

10. Support
• BUG NET provides hardware support only.
• We do not provide software configuration, debugging, or third-party client support.
• Installing non-standard operating systems without approval incurs a £10 fee.

11. Managed Services
• Managed services are provided on a best-effort basis and are not covered by any BUG NET may deny outbound mail delivery from servers involved in spam or abuse activities. Abuse reports require a client response within 48 hours.
Failure to respond may result in: filtering or port restrictions, suspension after 7 days, termination for repeated abuse, or a £50 fine for services causing IP blacklisting.
Compromised servers will be handled on a case-by-case basis and may require reinstallation or manual repair (fees may apply).

12. DMCA Policy
• Within 48 hours: Warning + time to resolve
• After 48 hours: IP disabled + £25 fine
• After 72 hours: Service suspension
• After 7 days: Service termination + £100 abuse fee
Research fees may apply for valid claims.

13. Privacy & Announcements
• BUG NET does not disclose client information without permission.
• Anonymous quotes may be used for marketing unless the client opts out.
• All communications with BUG NET are confidential.

14. Electronic Notifications
By using our services, you consent to receive electronic notices. Notices are effective when sent, regardless of receipt. You must maintain a valid email address.

15. Entire Agreement
These terms, along with the AUP and posted policies, constitute the full agreement. If a clause is held invalid, the remainder continues in effect.

16. Governing Law & Venue
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.

客户须对账户下的一切行为负责——无论由账户持有人本人或第三方操作。若服务器或账户遭到入侵,客户仍须对违反本服务条款及 AUP 的一切行为承担责任,包括但不限于:垃圾邮件、滥用行为及由此产生的断开/重连费用。
BUG NET 不对服务器进行安全加固,亦不提供默认操作系统配置以外的安全软件。

二、协议确认
使用我们的服务,即表示您同意本条款及 AUP,并同意任何争议将在英国英格兰及威尔士郡县法院解决。所有服务均按"按现状"提供,不附带任何保证。
我们可随时修改本条款。重大变更将通过电子邮件(如有)和/或网站公告通知。继续使用服务即表示接受修订后的条款。

三、BUG NET 的责任
BUG NET 将在客户完全遵守本条款及 AUP 的前提下,提供预付费服务。我们保留自行决定拒绝服务或拒绝续约的权利。
服务价格可能随硬件可用性、市场状况或其他因素变动。如续约价格有变,将提前通知客户。

四、欠费与服务中断
• 暂停服务的服务器,在账户补交欠款前数据不可访问。
• 因欠费或chargeback被暂停的账户,数据可能在 7 天后 永久销毁。
• BUG NET 不对数据完整性负责;客户须自行维护网外备份。

五、退款与 Chargeback
• BUG NET 不提供任何退款。
• 预付款及账户余额不可退款、不可转让。
• 争议须在 15 天内 向 BUG NET 提出。
• 如通过 chargeback 撤销有效付款,客户须支付:原追缴金额 + 总金额10%的行政手续费。

六、暂停服务
• 因欠费暂停的服务,3 天后 可被终止。
• BUG NET 对暂停服务器上的数据不承担责任。

七、取消服务
• 取消须在续约前 5 天 通过工单提出申请。
• 取消后所有客户数据立即销毁。

八、欺诈
• 欺诈账户或相关账户将被立即终止。
• 信息可提供给执法部门和金融机构。
• BUG NET 将依法追究欺诈行为。

九、免责声明
服务按"按现状、连同一切故障、按可用状态"提供。BUG NET 否认一切明示或暗示保证。我们不对利润损失、数据丢失、停机、业务中断、附带性或后果性损害负责。在法律允许的范围内,总责任限于索赔产生当期的已付款项。您同意就因您使用或滥用服务引起的一切索赔向 BUG NET 进行赔偿。

十、客户支持
• BUG NET 仅提供硬件支持,不提供软件配置、调试或第三方客户端支持。
• 未经批准安装非标准操作系统将收取 10英镑 费用。

十一、代维服务
• 代维服务均按最大努力提供,不受任何 SLA 保障。
• 工单开启后产生的费用不可退款。

十二、滥用/垃圾邮件政策
BUG NET 可对涉及垃圾邮件或滥用活动的服务器禁止出站邮件。滥用报告须在 48 小时 内回复。未回复可能导致:过滤或端口限制、7 天后 暂停、重复滥用则终止、造成 IP 被列入黑名单收取 50英镑 罚款。被入侵的服务器将逐案处理,可能需要重装或人工修复(费用另计)。

十三、DMCA 政策
• 48 小时内:警告 + 解决时间
• 超过 48 小时:IP 禁用 + 25英镑 罚款
• 超过 72 小时:服务暂停
• 超过 7 天:服务终止 + 100英镑 滥用费

十四、隐私与公告
• 未经许可,BUG NET 不会披露客户信息。
• 如客户未选择退出,可能使用匿名报价用于营销。
• 与 BUG NET 的一切通讯均属保密。

十五、电子通知
使用服务即表示同意接收电子通知。通知自发送起生效,无论是否收到。客户须保持有效的电子邮箱地址。

十六、完整协议
本条款连同 AUP 及已公示政策,构成完整协议。如某条款被认定无效,其余条款继续有效。

十七、适用法律与管辖
本条款受英国法律管辖。所有争议将在英国英格兰及威尔士郡县法院独家解决。
